When will my wig be shipped out?
Please allow a maximum of 4 business days to process and ship.
Are refunds available?
Typically, no. We operate on a case by case basis, but on grounds of a mishipment there will be no refunds, nor will there be a refund for the wig being smaller than anticipated. Please have the correct address on file. Please email [email protected] for any other customer service questions.
What size are the wigs?
All wigs are considered a cap size small. Some wigs are bigger than others but none are bigger than 22". Please be mindful when purchasing.
What state are the wigs in?
All wigs have only had one wear. They will be shipped shampooed, conditoned, ready to be applied and styled.
